What is RoboCup?

RoboCup is an international competition played by autonomous robots equipped with AI. The major participants include college students and younger students.
The first international RoboCup competition was held in Nagoya, Japan, in 1997. Since then, the event has taken place in different countries/regions around the world. It was held in Nagoya again in 2017 with a lot of excitement.

What is RoboCup Asia-Pacific 2021 Aichi Japan?

RoboCup Asia-Pacific (RCAP) has been established since 2017 as a super-regional competition mainly for Asia Pacific region. RoboCup Asia-Pacific 2021 Aichi Japan will be the first RCAP to be held in Japan. Exciting games will be played in a soccer league, as well as in leagues assuming various scenes such as at home environment and in disaster scenarios.
There will also be side events that include exhibition of robot history and cutting-edge robot technologies, workshops for children such as programming and robot crafts.
This event will make you familiarize with robots and feel dreams of future robots.
Through RoboCup Asia-Pacific 2021 Aichi Japan, we aim to disseminate from Aichi to the world the advanced robot technologies and its future possibility.
